Understanding Your Attachment Patterns
Attachment patterns aren’t problems to solve - they’re adaptations that once made sense. These patterns aren’t random or merely habitual - they are expressions of earlier bonds, earlier meanings, still seeking recognition - they carry history and once held purpose.

Confusion. Longing. Pulling away. Holding on. If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone.  These are human responses, learned ways of trying to stay connected.

This self-paced online course is for people who notice repeating patterns in their relationships and want to understand what’s going on beneath the surface.

A self-guided programme offering a structured way to grow beyond what’s been limiting you and begin understanding how attachment patterns have shaped your relationships. Attachment patterns are part of how we learned to belong. When those patterns are seen and understood, something opens. Capacity increases and choice appears.

Through guided reflection and structured questions, you’ll map how you tend to attach, how you respond when things become difficult, and what tends to get activated in close relationships.

Understanding loosens suffering. Begin with curiosity.
